INFORMATION FOR GERMANS TRAVRELLING INTO NIGERIA- New Visa procedures for the Federal Republic of Nigeria: eVisa, Landing and Exit Cards

On May 1st, 2025, new visa procedures were implemented for the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

eVisas have to be applied for online: https://evisa.immigration.gov.ng/

All foreigners travelling into the country have to apply online for landing and exit cards before travelling: https://lecard.immigration.gov.ng/

Germany and Nigeria enjoy more than 60 years of diplomatic relations. Nigeria is an important political, economic and cultural partner of Germany in Africa and I am looking forward to strengthening and deepening these relations.
