The Consulate General will begin working with the external service provider VFS as of March 25th for B-Student appointments. All individuals who are still on the B-student-waiting list will receive an appointment with VFS in chronological order. VFS will only accept applications from individuals on the waiting list.
Starting from Friday 11th July 2025, all Schengen visa applicantsmust register for an appointment and join a waiting list. The previous system, where applicants could directly book a date and time, has been replaced. Going forward, once you register, your details will be added to a waiting list. Appointment slots will then be allocated over time, and you will be notified via email when a slot becomes available to you. Already scheduled appointments stay active!
We advise all applicants to plan ahead and register early, especially during peak travel seasons.

Note on barrier-free access
The entrances to the Consulate General are only barrier-free to a limited extent. The locks and doors are wide enough, but do not have automatic closers or openers. Parking spaces are not available at the Embassy. If you need assistance, please contact us in advance.
