Please note that for technical reasons, it is NOT possible to book appointments via some smartphone and tablet models; in these cases, appointments must be booked via a PC.

Before booking an appointment, please read the information sheets and notes on applying. Only complete applications can be accepted. If your application is incomplete, you will have to make a new appointment.
